I was the Australian 1 from MX maniacs days

MVA days were seriously over 10 years ago. time really flies.

I'm sad I can't track down any of the old MVA tracks I made(and you made) from those days,
now that MXManiacs is kaput :x

how do make the decals show up with the norm and spec in game

You need to create norm/spec yourself, and include them as you any other decals.
