how do i use the new textures?

on the left side of the editing menu, you select decals. Then you zoom in until you can see the decal you want, click on the little male arrow in the center of it, and then drag it to wherever you want on the displacement. To create more you need to choose a duplicating option. I find that flow 2 works the best at a distance of .313 of each other.
