What's the point in releasing this since this is basically useless to anyone who hasn't purchased jay's model/psd? For those who did purchase the model/psd already have the cutout. For those who dont want to shell out the money for a model that cost double the game, they don't have parts layout or anything else to make this cutout useable.
I'm still mad that jay made this amazing bike, said he would release it for free a long ass time ago, then changed his mind. :roll:

he didn't "change his mind' it was actually ripped multiple times like most content in this game.
