Yeah, I couldn't get it to open in my blender (it kept crashing). But the wireframe in the psd shows she's pretty high poly. You could get rid of all but maybe one of the edge loops on the side. It probably doesn't need as many faces for the cylinder. But that doesn't look to be as bad as the edge loop poly count for the sides.
