Haven't tried this yet myself, but what Matt is describing sounds correct. It's not necessarily the amount of elevation change on the map, it's the extent to which that elevation change is abrupt, creating a lot of vertical/nearly vertical faces in the terrain - I've experienced lag on other tracks with these types of features. Based on the screenshot it looks like that could come into play around the edges of the flattened map, but again I haven't tried so I can't speak to that with 100% confidence.

If not the terrain like Justin said it could be a statue which is too holy poly or sommit like that

i turned down the ground geometric detail and that got rid of the lag, as it doesn't load in the terrain as much when its far away, i dont really know lel
