2013 Arlington (Dallas) SX - Updated
Thank you JLV and everyone else in the Sim world.
This track style is slightly different than what you are use to. The resistance is also different. Used what DJ used on budds creek. So it likely doesn't make sense to be on a sx track. But I like how it rides.

Very fun track, but I like the other 'style' more. It's a good track, but it looks like you rushed this one a bit. I've set this track online in mxsim.ccool4.me:19802barrington314 wrote:

Track is up in 64.85.161.142 as well. Seems like it's more of a 450 track

Well I dont ever test on 250's, because I suck on them. The extra resistance might make things tough on a 250. Didn't really think about that.bdownen323 wrote:Track is up in 64.85.161.142 as well. Seems like it's more of a 450 track
Pretty much correct.Sandhapper wrote:

Going to try it now, so curious about the resistance on a 250. This design is much better for racing imo, so you don´t have the start into whoops.

After riding this track some races I really like the steep rythems. Great job on those!

When I'm playing, some white squares appear in the screen and then disappear, it's really annoying and sometimes it almost stays in front of all the screen... How can I fix it ?

Not really a fan of the way you've made the rhythm sections to be honest. I dont like the way they're rounded, it makes it really hard to judge seat bouncing (which you now have to do to clear anything at all) because you dont know exactly where you're going to be taking off which ends up with a bunch of nose dives or huge cases.
The triples are way too hard to clear now too, you have to get the corners/rhythms absolutely perfect to clear them so you cant go deep into the corner and then still manage to clear it.
I think at the end of the day two things are going to happen with the track builds. They're either going to ride like they should for the 450s but then it will be really hard for the 250s to jump anything or on the other hand the 250s are going to be able to jump everything and the 450s are going to be overjumping things. I'd say this track falls into the first category and Jlvs fall into the second. We're pretty much going to have to choose one and stick with it.
As far as my enjoyment of this game goes, I hope jlv never makes his tracks like this.

Can you take a screen shot?sapelgas431 wrote:When I'm playing, some white squares appear in the screen and then disappear, it's really annoying and sometimes it almost stays in front of all the screen... How can I fix it ?
I think you'll be safe. They have essentially been the same for 3 seasons now. Especially the tileinfo.BuddyTheElf wrote:=

Try setting the resistance back to what JLV uses once and tell me if you still have the same problems with the 250f.
The 180 after the whoops was done with 50% focus. Just FYI. Seems like berms IRL are more flat at the top like that one. But yes, the rest are at 0 focus.2StrokeLove wrote: p.s. thanks for the help ( i now use the focus 0 by berms/cornes) thanks

just rode it on a 250. wow. sorry guys. You are right. Sucks ass. So weird that I can OJ the triples on a 450 but can hardly make them on a 250.
