Wells Estate & Kennel *Release*

Welcome to the Wells Estate & Kennel.
Backstory:
Nestled on 75+ acres in Piney Flats, Tennessee, the Wells Estate & Kennel is a multipurpose facility used for boarding show dogs. It is also used as a hideaway for MV Films riders to train when the race series' head east.
There are three versions of the track
-Dry-
To me, there is nothing better than getting to the track around 9:00am. The sun is shining, the birds are chirping, and there's a chance for some potential storms to roll in later.
-Rain-
Remember the weather I mentioned? Well, it made it here. Get out and practice your mud riding skills, just wash your bike before you put it back in the workshop.
-Night-
The facility has a full LED stadium light setup which will fully illuminate the supercross track. The trails are also fully illuminated by solar powered lights.
All in all, I know that 3/4 of you didn't read half of this thread and went straight for the download link.
I hope that you enjoy this track as much as I did making it. I have failed numerous times since 2015 to try and make this a reality and I finally had the right people around me to help me make it possible. It is far from perfect and I'm sure people will find things wrong with it, but that's okay.
There are high, medium, low and ultra low versions. This compound IS very taxing at high res. If you don't have 4gb of Vram to use, I would suggest getting a lower res version.
