hello I was going to start with 3d design. And want to learn about 3d max.
I do not know where to start, I have very much free time right now so I figured now is the time.
Do you have any tips on what to start with? is there any site I can learn the basics of 3d max. Is there anything I should not do?
any help would be great

learn modeling first.
tools like extrude, chamfer, divide, weld, etc.
those are pretty usefull and might get a lot faster work

Ty for the answers.. I cant finde anything about the basic about 3d max. I want to learn about this program before i start modeling and stuff .

then check 3ds max help, there are many useful things and the basic tutorials as well
