New Hope of Motocross gaming?

I've heard conversation coming out of animal pens that is more intelligent than what is going on in here.

New Hope of Motocross gaming?

Post by pelson11 »

Hey guys!

Just wondering if you’ve seen or heard about **Motocross The Game** yet?

I've been following its development, and honestly, I haven't been this excited about a motocross game in a long time.

We all know what makes MX Simulator so special. It's never really been about the graphics. Even after all these years, the physics, bike handling, and the feeling of actually controlling a motocross bike are what keep us coming back. It's pretty crazy when you think about how Josh built something so far ahead of its time. Even the biggest motocross gaming franchises, like MX vs ATV, have never really come close to what MX Simulator offers in terms of physics.

And that's exactly why Motocross The Game has caught my attention.

From what I've seen so far, the physics look really promising. The way the bike reacts to the terrain, the suspension movement, weight transfer, and overall handling seem to be heading in the right direction. And on top of that, we're finally getting modern graphics and some seriously good engine sounds!

Of course, looking realistic and actually *feeling* realistic are two different things. We'll have to get our hands on it to see how it really plays.

But imagine getting a fresh motocross experience with convincing physics, modern visuals, immersive sounds, and all the little details that make riding feel alive. That's something I've been hoping to see for years.

MX Simulator will always be its own thing, and I don't think any other game needs to replace it. I'm just excited to see developers taking realistic motocross physics seriously.

**What do you guys think? Have you been following this project? Are you as excited as I am?**

Computer, write me a cross promotional post for Motocross the Game. Perform cursory research on MX Simulator prior to writing it.

It's too easy to spot. It's just like when someone starts talking to you and you soon realize that it's a sales pitch or hook into religion. Eeewwww!

I just want to make it clear that nobody from MTG was involved with this post.

We were discussing this the other night and wondered to what extent Checkers is involved with development of MTG? He broke the news first, as far as I can tell. They've done a good job of not overhyping it, or releasing any footage too early. So many people are in the corner of one game only, and damn the rest. I am ecumenical. I embrace two-wheeled titles of every variety!
