I've heard conversation coming out of animal pens that is more intelligent than what is going on in here.

If you don't cycle onto, and off of it, it's bad. If you take the recommended dosage right away you'll get sick for sure. You're body rejects it.

I've heard your body weight in protein is a good benchmark. (or half your body weight can't remember quite right haha) That with great diet, lots of water, creatine, and masturbation, will definitely boost your all around strength, with a focus on forearms.

oh ya, and 6-10 meals a day. not necessarily big meals, but lots of chicken, rice, eggs (1:4 yolk to white ratio) and foods like that. tuna ect. load like that for say a month working out continuosly as well, then on a certain saturday eat whatever you want all day, making sure to drink a gallon of water, and overnight you'll lose 10+ pounds gaurenteed.

Anyone here heard of the caveman diet? It's a pretty cool concept. I've been trying to do it for a few months now, but it's hard as shit to really stick to it, considering the lack of organic food and produce in December in Vermont.

Concept being that humans had lived off of nuts, produce, and meat for thousands of years before the discovery of agriculture, and we as a species haven't been able to evolve to be able to eat carbs in the way we do. It's a neat perspective, and it actually boosts my energy a lot.

My diet right now usually consists of nuts. Peanuts, almonds, brazilian nuts, Hazelnuts, and Walnuts. As they are the easiest to find around here. Other than nuts, it's a lot of wild meat, venison, turkey, etc. and fruit. Not a whole lot of organic fruit and veggies in VT now, but it's mostly apples and imports. Also some seafood, but that's hard to find also, and I'm not a big fish eater. In the summer though I'll fillet up some bass at the lake or something.

Hardest part of it is cutting out on extra shit like sugar, salt, and other shit that isn't natural. I've lost some of my sweet taste. I still drink milk though. I can't really afford to break anymore bones.

And I'm finally max benching 235. I weigh 181 so that's all good.

Voutare, that's essentially what I've been eating. Well, not so much nuts but I cut every single grain based food and vegetable oils from my diet and eat a heck of a lot meat and veggies. I feel a lot more energized nowadays than when I was eating the so called "healthy" diet.
I'm with you on the losing my sweet taste. I can hardly eat two pieces of chocolate or candy in one sitting anymore because it tastes too damn sweet.

I am a bigger guy but I also run alot on the tread mil and I liv ein the mountains and I go and hike everyother day and I hike with a 55 pound pack I just put deer corn in a bag the put it in a hunting pack and it helps a ton for my riding. I fix my forearm pump by this: I have a brrom handle with a rope through the middle and and it goes down to another small (length) broom handle the I hand 25 pounds off of and I go up 2 time with is and down slowly 2 time roll down dont let slide down and you wil be set to go and beat ass racing.

No, its 1g of protein per kg you weigh. 0.7g is ideal however.

btw its 1,4g of protein per weight, more won't do anything in your body , I've read a college book about it...
I've been hitting the gym pretty bad , eating heatly and a lot and I've grown alot... When I get back from beach I'll take jack3d , it will help me a lot i guess
Also don't forget carboydrate is so important as protein also you should never take only protein , your body can't use all the protein without carboydrate

How about you just lift, and eat healthy, Unless you are attempting at becoming jay Cutler, there is no need for that crap. It's a huge waste of money, I have gotten so much more fit, and healthier without it all. Plus all that crap does is also boost your heart rate, Haha I think I will do without that crap... sorry just am against that stuff.. another thing is, Does not serve a huge purpose for me. seeing as the more I lift, the more My swing changes, because of my size changing often. So especially here in the off season, I am very weary about getting too big, or making to many changes to my body... Can't practice as much in snow lol...

I've been studying everyday about everthing about workout and how you should take food and suplements. I doubt you've read half of what i've the last months
Its pretty easy to say , your taking shit! I agree its a wast of money to take a lot of suplements and it won't do enough if you dont take care of your body and eat correctly , as the name it is just a suplement and it will make some differente if you do everthing right as train hard , rest enough and eat a lot and heatly
Everybody on my gym ask me if i took anabolics because i grew really fast , most of them don't belive i dont take anything just heatly food , rest and hardcore workout
