Graphics card help

and when i plug my hdmi cable to it it just comes up as no singal on the screen so i dont know if its the drivers or what but im definetley getting the power to it

but the thing is though is when i plug my hdmi into the card it just comes up as no signal on the screen so i have to use my onboard graphics to get to my desktop

and when i put in the card info to the website to get drivers it just brings me to this http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/m ... 1%20-%2064

Ok i think im getting somewhere so i used the amd auto detect and it pulled up the pci slot but not the card but other then that i got nothin i wonder if itry to uninstall the drivers from catalyst and put the card back in and try getting the drivers
