How much gaming power will be sacrificed? And how will it affect the budget?

Just look at some benchmarks between the 960 and 970, the difference between the i5 and i7 isn't going to matter for most current games although that may change as time keeps on ticking.

For rendering its going to be important but that will all depend on the scenes you are rendering. For example, I routinely render scenes with 10 million plus polygons using HDRIs to light them with tons of scattered objects. They take a few hours to render on my 4930k, on a 4970k that would go up drastically, and again for the 4690k. On the other hand, if you only render a bike/rider model and your renders take a lot less time then it isn't going to be as much of a hindrance. Its percentage based so for short renders the time difference is going to be small vs. on long renders the time difference is going to be a lot longer.

The other thing to consider is how often you are going to be gaming vs. creating. If you will be gaming the majority of the time I would go 970, if you will be mostly making renders and video then it may be worth going for the 4970 instead. Ideally you would get both and not have to worry about it but if you budget is tapped then it is tapped. The difference is $100, if you could wait a month or two and save that up then I would suggest that is the best way to go.

Some finalizing questions,
Do I need a wireless adapter to use wifi?
Can I copy my whole program files folder? (My internet is really slow so i dont want to re dl everything, And I have some files I know i couldnt get again)
When I add another monitor later, will fullscreen games like mxs black out the other monitors too?
Will this be a relatively easy first build?
If you know anything like this it will be greatly appriceated!

Yes unless the mobo has one built in, I would recommend wired if you can.

No it doesn't work like this. You can swap the drive into your new system or clone it to the new drive and then install your drivers and stuff but I would just start from fresh if you can (good time to not install all the crap you don't need).

Not sure, I only have one monitor on my gaming PC but I think it will just leave the other one free to do whatever with.

They are all about he same, it doesn't matter what graphics card you are plugging in they all plug in the same way so it will be easy enough. Just watch a video or two on youtube (newegg had a few good ones) while you are waiting for your parts and you will be ready to go. Just take your time and think before you do each step and you will be fine. Its about as hard as building a set of legos.

You'll have to play in a window mode I believe so it won't black out the others.

Also I'd like to thank you guys for help, This comp wouldn't be happening without your guys help. Before starting this I knew next to nothing about comps and now I'm pretty confident about what I know through research and your guys's help.

Now its time to work 30-40 hours a week till I can afford everything. This'll be my biggest personal investment ever.

Also I have carpet in my room and I really dont want to sit my computer on carpet, Does anyone know if you can buy a pc stand with venting on the bottom?

It just doesn't work like that. You need the installers, they write to other locations not just the program files (the registry for example).

What country would be the most relative to your pricing or would you order from another country? Most of us are in the US and the prices are quite different.

Like i5 4460 and gtx960 are 200 each, maybe go from there, if its maximun performancr for this money from these parts, but dont really know what else to get

So $400 for CPU/GPU, $80 for motherboard, $100 for OS, $55 for RAM, $40 for PSU, $50 for case. Totals out $725, to keep your budget the easiest place to take from is the i5 or 960.

Forgot to mention I have OS and those 200 were in euros. Im up for other suggestions than 4460 and gtx960, what would the others parts be if i were to go with 4460 and gtx960?

Best case around your budget would be the i5, 960, 8GB RAM, 1TB HD, motherboard with heatsink and good power, decent case. The Euro is stronger than the $ so with exchange rates seeming to cancel out import rates its not a bad budget.

I went with the i3 because since its for games all you need is 4 cores, with the 2 core + HT it will do everything you want and not bottleneck something like a 960. If you wanted the i5 it puts your budget around $700 (I mean Euro but the keyboard doesn't have the right symbol so just follow me here). The i5/i3 performance difference isn't that big now but later down the road it may or may not become a bottleneck, depends on how long you keep this equipment and if your needs don't change. The 960 is great for 1080p gaming.
