RC cars

I've heard conversation coming out of animal pens that is more intelligent than what is going on in here.

Looking to buy my first SC truck. Need some opinions and advice.

Looking at the Team Associated SC10. I want an RTR because I don't have time to spend building it...I just wanna get it and go. So only RTR's for now please. :)

The SC10 is a solid truck. 2 or 4WD really depends on what you want to do with it. I enjoy driving 2WD more, but I have found that 4WD is a little easier and forgiving.

The Traxxas Slash is a comparable truck, I would check with your local hobby store and get their opinions. They get to drive (and break  ) them all most likely.

If your looking at 4x4 the Losi TEN SCTE is by far the strongest of the bunch. The gear you get with it in RTR trim is pretty decent as well. You will need to buy a battery to run them so remember they are not 100% RTR.

SC10 RTR Race Spec. I bought it and its awesome. majority of RTR's come with just the basics but the Race Spec comes with a few better parts. You can even buy it with a charger and battery included but I wouldn't do that because the battery and charger are both low end products. But yeah I'd recommend the truck to anyone I absolutely love it, this is it literally out of the box with a 2s lipo in it.

I have that exact model. I would watch out.
Fun factor - 10/10
Durability - 8/10
Is it worth the money? No. If you can get a deal under 80$ go for it but asking price is rediculus fr what you get. Also the stock casing for the antenna is junk. I put small electrical tubing to improve it. Also the tranny sucks. Mine is now 3 wheel drive. And maintenance is a hassle (it is micro)
My opinion. I say stay away from anything in the hobby class that is under 1:18 scale. If its micro, it's goin to break, professional grade or not.

My R/C stuff:

Traxxas Summit - this thing does everything! I attached air-filled water bottles once and putted around in my pond XD
Traxxas slash - my first rc truck. Thing was fun. I bashed it to its grave though haha
Losi Micro SCT - fun while it lasted. Great play truck. But anything that small is bound to break.
My brother had a baja 5b. Traded it for some Losi 1/8th scale truggy. And also a hpi savage nitro.

We have a YouTube channel, it isn active anymore though.. We have some cool vids still though, from like 3 yrs ago hahaha. Those Traxxas rc's held up best though.

Yes I know we copied alot of traxxas's videos but just ignore those ones. And no judging haha these videos were done years ago when I was like 11 haha
