Re: 2015 MXGP Season
My TV shows 2 hours of it but all it says is "FIM World Championship in Qatar". Well that is helpful...Not!

Haha somehow I didn't realize there was a page two so I was replying to Puma. Thanks for that, hoped that is what they showed although I feel like the 1st moto is generally better.

Re: 2015 MXGP Season
MXGP site has been down for about the past 24 hours.
The MX2 qualifying race was really good. Didn't think Covington would improve that much but good for him. Those KX 250's looks pretty sick with the green side plates actually, think I dig it.

Re: 2015 MXGP Season
Can you tell I just watched both recap videos?
MX1 race went about how I expected. RV doesn't look good and it has everything to do with him leaving Aldon. He's always said he hates training and he is doing this for fun. Looks like he is having more fun than training and because of how he set up his contract he probably won't start to care enough. He is here to travel the world with his wife and get paid while doing it, coming from the biggest RV fan there is. Bucktooth out front was hoping and flowing through everything and RV was blowing things out and hitting everything. Looks like maybe 15-20 minute mark he started to find something but he has been a first lap sprinter and then holds which is what bucktooth did to him. Unless something significant happens race day or in the next two weeks he figures something out I'm not entirely sure he can top 5 it.
Such a Villopoto answer...

I’ve never been in the sport to “I’m going to do this” or “I’m going to break this record.” I don’t care what anybody does behind me. If they want to come, they can come. If not, I don’t care.
What are you most looking forward to with this challenge?
I don’t know anything actually just one thing in particular what I’m looking forward to, but it was definitely that kind of extra bit that I needed to keep it fun or bring back some fun or keep it somewhat interesting than going to the same old states, the same old stadiums. Not that that’s what I was bored about, just the whole scene over there and the amount that we had to do over there.
At Germany last year I asked, would that be the last time we’d see you at a motocross race, was that also a possibility that you’d retire at the end of 2014?
I seriously thought about doing it. I could have gone either way. This is something I do. It’s given back to me very much, very well, but this isn’t my life. I don’t live for this.
So we’re not going to see Ryan Villopoto training camps next year or schools, nothing like that?
No.

Some pretty bold assumptions for not even having the first real gate drop of the year even happen yet.Pumaxcs wrote:Puma Rant
He never left Aldon by the way, he just didn't have him by his side 24-7. RV may hate to train but as a racer he hates to lose more and he knows how to get it done. I mean come one the guy has done it the last 4 SX seasons in a row, and just about every series he has ever raced. I wouldn't doubt him off of round 1, but hey that's just me.

Ferrandis could have been on the podium if he hadn't taken 30 seconds to shift with his hand.

Anyone got a working stream? I had one but it isn't working anymore.
