I have a laptop with Intel card and Nvidia one, and it detects the Nvidia one when I choose the game .exe file in Nvidia control panel.

same as me but i try to run it off my nvidia card and in the 1st menu thing it only detects the intel graphics thing :/

What programs do you guys use to open the extracted files?

I know .DDS/ XSM but I have no idea how to open .bin, .RES

Can somebody upload the mx1.mix? I messed mine up somehow so now the game crashes so I need to replace it. Don't want do redownload the entire game to fix it.

Steam has built in checks to fix stuff like that. Look around on there.

A program called DXTBMP for the textures. If only yFMX would be the god he is and let us know on the 3d files.

My best guess is he's using Multiex commander to extract the BIN files Bike and Bike_Low. This was the method for modding MX vs ATV which he had a large hand in. I would test to confirm but I can't get my Multiex working, it's been a few years and I don't want to purchase another copy.

You can download NVIDIA tools and import the dds files straight into Photoshop. DXTBMP is for goons.

ddsview allows you to go through all the .dds files in a directory so you can just quickly find the name of the one you want instead of opening them individually to see what they are.
