Pure Beauty (Moto Version)

I've heard conversation coming out of animal pens that is more intelligent than what is going on in here.

Ugh. I want one of those last RM250s. I wouldn't quite call that one mint though. It has fresh looking plastic and graphics, but no paint on the frame tubes above the pegs, and the exhaust has obviously seen a lot of hours. And that's just wha I can see from a few pics. Not to take away from it though. I'd ride the wheels off it.

I'm thinking it's a mint low hour bike. The frame paint on the RM's isn't the greatest same goes for the type of steel Suzuki uses. It rusts more than any other brand once the paint wears off. Other than the wrong routed front brake line the bike looks straight. With a little elbow grease that pipe will come out looking brand new. Good find all the late model RM250's in my area are clapped out neglected bikes that require almost a grand to get them looking good again. I'm still looking for a vet owned 06-09 YZ250 mainly stock like the RM you found.

Thanks for your opinion. Due to the fact I found this on craigslist, 45 miles from my house. I would say this is a mint find. Please find me an unpolished/elbow greased fmf factory/platinum pipe that is still in great shape with no dents. Stock graphics, and near scratchless plastics. These 2-strokes are on the rise now that everyone is wanting one, finding this thing for 3,200 and walking away at 2,700 with acomplete fresh rebuild kit still in the box I would say that I did extremely well. Anyone that knows anything about dirt bikes would know this bike has not had the shit beat out of it like every other bike on craigslist. A one owner (50 year old) scared to death of a bike that sat in the garage for 2 years untouched and dusty as hell.

DP the frame was never painted that is a grip tape he had installed and gave up on removing at a later date. Yes, there is surface rust but I plan on clear coating it and leaving it how it is for the patina!
