New MX vs. ATV Reflex Preview

I've heard conversation coming out of animal pens that is more intelligent than what is going on in here.

or are the bikes the same, if it is so weird that they have yellow white and red collors
Dude, you know what i noticed? It looks like they are only using the 2009 kxf's, just different colors. I've only seen that bike model so far.

One thing from Rainbow's past titles that could be somewhat unpredictable and certainly punishing was crashing. If you hit a huge jump and didn't land correctly, you'd bail, even if you were barely off the mark of what would have been a good landing. MX vs. ATV Reflex addresses this by allowing you to save yourself from crashing. If you land poorly or are jostled from your ride, you'll see your rider start to fall to one side of his vehicle and a large green arrow will appear on one of the four sides of the screen. A quick tap of the right analog stick in the correct direction will right your rider and get him back on his vehicle, sans crashing.

The harder you land, the quicker the timing will have to be. If you were very close to landing correctly, you might have a good second or so to get your guy back on his ride, while if you land sideways you may have essentially zero correction time to fix your error. The system can look a little odd from time to time at the moment as your rider will sort of pop back onto the ride instead of slowly correcting his stance or seating position, but it does make the game much more approachable in terms of taking big risks right from the start.
