Probably don't know who he is, but he got something like 7th in the main last week. Pretty sick video for a small time privateer. Kids got some skills.

Typical business practice, cut off your nose to spite your face. Conflict of interest too. Starbucks should sponsor under the guise of espresso as an energy drink.

Isn't that illegal?

There's got to be something in law that says you can't deface equipment of their manufacturer, especially a manufacturer which has a contract with you for sponsoring and logo placement. Maybe I'm wrong though.

Yes, but conflict of interest isn't legal. That's just saying that they can't do business with them, due to their other sponsors. For instance, a conflict of interest would be a rider having Gaerne as a boot sponsor, but he team is a AStar team. That's not illegal, but to deny your contract with your sponsor, is.

Think of it this way: You give a team $1000's in parts, and they take those parts which you signed a contract over with a line saying that your logo will be shown, and they don't. That's illegal.
