On bmx its easy as to land wrong and do heeps of damage, i mean you could sprain your ankle by jumping of a gutter.

Yep, My brother once broke his wrist by just landing on his front wheel. That was on a jump of 1,5M high and 2-3meter long. And he landed on the sweet spot of the landing. But just to much, way to much, on his front wheel.
