Bingo. The rev limiter means "Hey rider, you were supposed to shift up a couple thousand RPMs ago, so DO IT!!!" Once you're on the peak RPMs you don't make anymore power, after that you hit the rev limiter and the power starts to drop off.

Actually 9th got him in due to others one of them was renzland getting hurt and hes a alternate in open pro sport. Also with having to not ride for almost 2 years.
