He wants to spend 43 billion dollars and 8 years to build an entire fiber optics network to 90 percent of Australian homes. Giving average speeds of 100 Megabits per-second. Every house will et it accept for town with less than 1000 people, in which case will get wireless with speeds of 12 MB/s

Sounds good but id love to see where the money comes from.
