What kind of ND filter do I need?

i have the essential 18-55mm that comes in the kit. I'm thinking of buying http://www.amazon.com/Tiffen-77mm-Neutr ... 414&sr=1-3 that for dslr filming. I'm a noob with filming at the moment. I already have a rokonon fisheye for filming. I have the big DSLR light for night, and a Camcaddie scorpion. Obviously this sounds like Skate filming but I also wanna do some moto filming. anyway. Would this ND filter work?
