Alright, sorry if i misspell anything i cant see what im writing, anyways my graphics card recently went out...its all fuzzy and blurry on my screen im pretty sure its the card. I want a new one completely, I want the cheapest and best one possible, basically the best one i can get for my money thats cheap but good. Which do you think i should get? Thanks guys. :D

Heres an example of what its doing..does this look like a graphics card issue or a monitor issue?

Try another monitor first. If that's not it and if possible, try another GPU or try your GPU in another computer.

Was too vague. Try another GPU for troubleshooting to make sure that you're actually having a GPU issue. If you have onboard graphics, then you could troubleshoot using those instead of another GPU.

To get to that answer you would have checked another monitor, another GPU, and a different PCI express slot with both GPU's? Have you done that?

Have you tried turning it off and then turning it on?

Connect a speaker to the pins on your motherboards and see which boot sounds you get. There's a beep for different types of problems, so just google it. Other than that you have to troubleshoot part by part to see what's up
