Dumb Question

I know that you can setup a Dualshock ps3 controller but my my xbox one controller took a shit today so now I'm kinda screwed. But my ps3 controller is the stock cheap one that came with the ps3, the siaxis, ds3 tool doesn't recognize nor does my computer, how can I play mxs again.

so I tried my xbox 360 controller but I have to hold the wire in a specific position to work. I tried reinstalling the drivers. Help is appreciated

Are you using motionjoy drivers? I had a 6A controller and used it with sim just fine.

This is what happened to me... And maybe the fix.
So i just finally discovered this game.
Then i had a ps3 controller and i started plugging it in to my computer.
Then i found the ds3 tool.
And that was when the problem was.
It didnt reqonize it!
So i figured out that you needed to plug it in your earlier ps3/xbox and then get another controller on it then u can plug it into your computer
That worked for me...

Now its broken and i cant race anymore untill i get a new,

Everytime i touch it it turns off or goes off!
Or then it starts leaning backwards or something shitty!

BUY A NEW CONTROLLER OR FOLLOW MY STEPS!
