New Bike
So I'm going to be putting my yz250 up for sale soon, I got it in the first place because I needed a bike that was cheaper to ride all the time which no longer is going to matter, but now I'm selling it because where I live the tracks are terrible for it and I was faster on my 250f I had before it anyways. So my big debate is going to be between two bikes (and these bikes only) the 2015 yz250f or 250sxf. I'm currently 19yo 6'0 160lbs and am an average C rider, I have been on yamaha since I was 11 and with their current advancements they really seemed like the bike to get for me, but recently KTM has been growing on me, however my one drawback from it was what the suspension was going to be like. Now it would be an easy decision to make if I could just ride them both but I'm most likely not going to be able to. So I want your guy's personal opinions on the bikes and if you've rode them (even if it was a 14), what do you think about them? I'm currently leaning towards the yamaha but am still open about it.

I rode the Kawi and yami 250f. Both were really good but the yami had a bit more power. Just buy whatever is cheaper and put the extra money into suspension and extras. All the manufacturer's made good bikes this year.

Re: New Bike
Out of all the bikes, i would rank getting a 250f as Yamaha, Kawi, Suzuki, KTM then Honda. So I would stay away from KTM.

Buy what's cheaper. They're all good bikes. Except Suzuki, but they're not going to be cheapest anyways....

I rode the '15 yz250f the other day, amazing bike! You feel like you're on rails even on slippery tracks, amazing suspension and an amazing motor! I personally also like the ktms but after a few years on ktms i gotta say, better stay on japanese bikes, most of them are just more reliable it seems like. However i still think the kawasaki is right now the best bike for everything.

I'm biased because I'm a kawi fanboy but I really like my '13 kawi. Has snappy power and handles like a dream. I've also heard the '14-'15 Yamahas are sick, so whatever you can get a better deal on is what you should get.
