Night Vision

I've heard conversation coming out of animal pens that is more intelligent than what is going on in here.

Night Vision

I think it would be cool to ride with night vision goggles.

Discuss.

Well, there are sub-$300 night vision systems to be had. It's not like you have to have friends in the USAF or something to get it. That said, I'm not sure if a $300 set-up would be good enough for riding. And, of course, I'm not talking about proper motocross here, just so we're clear about the application.

You could get the MW2 pack that comes with the night vision goggles.

I wonder if it would be illegal for racers to use them at Thunder Valley in the night race?

They might blind you if you go up a hill and look right into one of the flood lights though.

I've heard the NV set that comes with MW2 is a very primitive piece by the industry standards. I don't know if that's true, I just read it off a YouTube comment, so yeah.

I would assume so, I don't think they are going to make good night vision goggles, I just thought it was more of a gimmick type thing.

NGVs suck in well lit areas. The few sets I have worn don't work worth a rats ass when worn with ample lights, but if there is subtle lighting (a lamp, at most), it's alright.
