I've gotten tired of seeing all the new threads about PC Build questions. So I made one here. Also I have a few q's.

Im basically looking to get a whole new setup. Also planning on working my ass off to get it
Would this be a good build all around? Would I be able to run High detail on RF races? Also on other games such as Reflex, CS:GO, MotoGP, etc.
You seem to want a pretty good high quality build! One thing to take into consideration is a cpu like Intel i5 4690K have better single core performance, which is good for mxsim!
What will you be using this computer for besides gaming?
If the answer isn't rendering then ditch the AMD CPU and swap in a 4690 or similar Intel CPU. I agree with puma about going with dual or quad channel memory and 20" is kinda small I think 22"+ is what you should look for unless you have some kind of space restriction. If you can squeeze a SSD into your budget I would highly recommend it. Even if you have to start with only 8GB of RAM and upgrade to 16GB later it is highly worth it and one of the most noticeable things you can do.
I liked the first case better but whatever suits you is fine as long as it has decent cable management, airflow, and isn't super flimsy.
If I was dumping this much into a PC, I would save a little more and get an i7. Also maybe get a 3GB/4GB graphics card. Also, why 2TB of storage? Do you have that much stuff? Maybe a 1TB HDD and a 256GB SSD for your OS and games.
Just from what I am hearing would be a better choice. So for an extra $200-$400, you could get an i7, 2 extra GBs of video ram in an R9 290 card, 1GB of storage + 256GB SSD.
I may be completely wrong, but I have learned somethings since I started.
If all you do is game a I5 and 970 would probably be better honestly unless you do other CPU intensive tasks (rendering, video editing, etc). Unless you plan to overclock you can use the stock CPU cooler and put that money toward a SSD, that and 2x4gb ram instead of the 2x8 would get you close to a 250gb 850 EVO. You can also go a bit cheaper on the Mobo if you don't plan on overclocking.
Ok, then that build looks good but you are sacrificing gaming performance for rendering etc. performance. The difference for modeling is minor, unless you are using some crazy scripts or something it won't really make a difference.
