Political Debate Thread

I've heard conversation coming out of animal pens that is more intelligent than what is going on in here.

There was a thread similar to this on a forum I used to love, Pitracer. It was divisive and otherwise just infuriated me. Lots of folks with differing opinions and rarely facts to back it up. Memory hole?

The worst part is it takes like 100 times the effort to refute BS than it does to make it up. We're losing an asymmetrical fight!

I never said he wasn't bad, see side note above.
I just wanted to point out:
- The entire worlds budget for Military (not including USA) < USA's budget for Military (or something like that for 2020).
USA is the world leaders in war & destruction. Maybe stay out of this one.
So you would have rather lived in East Germany than US occupied West Germany? North Korea rather than US occupied South Korea? The communists had a term for people who think like that.
Talk about nuclear bombs, the one JLV just dropped ^

I think Anuses Giblet is the most fitting. Beagels Is Nut is a close second.

I guess my imagination isn't twisted and depraved enough to have ever conceived what that Fat Orange Ape was capable of! Real patriot. Meanwhile, we're becoming Tehran!

I beg you to give a single worse thing that he did. Treason-wise, y'know? Worse than trying to stage a coup? Go!

It's still not enough to fathom some of what we are hearing. Some I expected, some was "Wow! Really? Ok, that does sound like him."

Of course. You're still gonna vote for him. You still have a choice between loyalty to him or the Constitution.

I didn’t vote for him in the last election, why would I do it now?
