Keyboard problems??

I've been having problems with my keyboard where I will be typing and it randomly spazzes out and will bring up shortcuts and not allow me to type. It's hard to explain because it does it so randomly, the cursor when you're waiting to type will start blinking rapidly and not allow me to type. Sometimes I hit esc and it stops, while other times it continues on before I eventually have to just shut my PC off. Does anyone know what this is caused from?

I have a Razer Blackwidow 2014.
