Game won't save gear set or bike set

Hello I recently had to re install due to pc issues. I had to re install the game. The game works well however every time I close the game I have to re enter my registration key, set my stability, character name, suspension and everything else that doesn't save where I left it. Any ideas why this is happening? Thanks
