What song are you listening to?

I've heard conversation coming out of animal pens that is more intelligent than what is going on in here.

It took me until this year to start listening to their albums past Piece of Mind lol. They kinda strayed from the simple, core sound. Memorized the first four albums on rhythm guitar back in the early 80s. I'd heard the singles, but never did any album listening. Spotify got me back into that.

I really need to listen to more of them. 2 minutes to midnight is good, that’s on powerslave, album 5. Spotify is awesome for finding other songs/albums of bands you already like. That’s how I found a looooot of Judas Priest, Megadeth, and Slayer songs.

That sucks. I think he used to write a column for a guitar magazine that I read.

Not for a long time now.

Feels like the strings on that thing should be the other way but I guess it'd be backwards as a piano then.

I think it's awesome that thing has both a bass and trouble output so you could have 2 separate amps that thing goes to. It would be funny to tune that thing into one big chord, like slide guitar tuning and have a big 1 foot long slide or something to slide with lol. Maybe even a foot operated whammy bar! I've always been a play by ear guitarist and was in an Iron Maiden cover band in high school without a singer or bass player lol. Did you play Iron Maiden too? Was it Simon and Garfunkel, Bruce Springsteen, rock and roll, bluegrass or what? Who was/is your guitar god?

I could play anything you want as long as it was Metallica.

Hell yeah! That's a beauty of a quote, but I have a great one already. James has some tricky licks to Master!...Master!....
