How seriously do you take MX?
On a scale of 1-10, how seriously do you take motocross racing?

When I had a bike, and money, before college, I took it damn serious. Riding 4-5 times a week, racing every or every other weekend. Eating right and working out. Eat, slept, and breathed mx.

Since I just got back into because of this game, it isn't all that serious, and after having to spend so much money to fix a KTM I don't take it all that serious since now I don't even have a bike. Though I am searching for one and would like to get back out there, the weather here is telling me even if I had a bike that I would be sitting here like I always would until Feburary.

I always try as hard as I can. But the weather in Kentucky sucks ass around this time. Don't have the money to get as serious as I was anyway. Mainly to to improve anyway. Winning is always nice too

Ride for fun, I don't really want to race.

For fun. On weekends I get out a ride. No desire for speed.

I try to go fast around the track, but those huge bumps slow me down.

I don't get to ride much during the week but I practice and race locally on the weekends. I try to improve every time I'm on the track. I do it for fun but finishing up front is way more fun than finishing last lol. My goal is local A class since I'm already 23.

I always try to haul ass, and get faster and better, but I really don't care. I ride because I like the freedom.

I don't get to ride often but when i do i generally go as fast as i possibly can lol. I love the huge adrenaline rush. I find when i get to ride more frequently things start to get stale. mainly the slick as ice hard pack that i get to "enjoy" really gets lame. It eats tires so quick it isn't even funny. The freedom that comes with riding will never get old though. Going to waynoka oklahoma (sand dunes) is such a blast though. So many trails and open dunes. Easily the most enjoyable thing to do in life.

Re: How seriously do you take MX?
im too unfit for it to be as fun as it used to be... is hard to get out and ride when have a full on job. Now I go riding maybe once a month and start struggling after like 30min... seem to be alright on my mates 250 though, but the 450 is killing me.. maybe should downsize to the 350, might get into it more.

Re: How seriously do you take MX?
Befoure I had to quit I was keeping the fun in it I was young and didn't had to performe yet, just riding every week and in the summer vacation 2time's a week. (race's not included) I still did athletics so my condition was no problem, no jogging everyday or going to the fitness, just 2time's a week the 2houre athletics training was enough.
I didn't looked at my food or something, only on raceday becouse I've got a weak stomach when I do physicalsports. So I had to eat not to heavy meals, something that digest fast.
But when it came on technique I was obsessed about the right posistion and shifting on the perfect moment. I tried to go to an mx school 2-3time's a year. So that's why I took an 8.
And now 3years later I'm doing nothing anymore except playing mxsimulator and make photo's, my condition is now -100% but I'm still skinny
