Need help installing new Rider skin

Okay so i downloaded the Wire frams for Rider gear, i spent about 1 hour making a new skin, after it was done i saved it as a PNG file because that what i saved for my bike skin but when i load the game it and try to find my skin, it only lets me see Default and Alt1.

Could someone help me out please?? i've looked in the search tool but i can't find anything
