FPS RATE STUCK?

I've heard conversation coming out of animal pens that is more intelligent than what is going on in here.

In the target line do you have " --lock-fps 60" in there? If you do, I think just removing it will stop it from locking right there.

Disable vsync in your graphics driver or if it has triple buffering, enable that.

Don't run Fraps, that will lower your frame rate.
This is a block of text that can be added to posts you make. There is a 255 character limit.

If it's "stuck" there, that's good. 125 is the highest the game will go, so if it's always at 125 you're getting the highest fps you can.

Why would anyone go over 60 FPS(Unless Vid making), the frame difference is completely unnoticeable from 60+.
