I am EXTREMELY dissapointed in Racefactory's decision.
First off it's completely biased. I am almost positive that if Juan would have protested for Jones taking him out the most he would have gotten was a warning. But even with knowing that there has been fire between BOTH of them and they have BOTH taken eachother out you guys decide to ban one and not the other? How is that fair? Not to mention Juan didn't break any of MXS's "rules". He didn't cut the track, he wasn't a lapper, and he didn't even punt the guy, and believe me he had the chance. All Juan did was retaliate for Jones constantly taking him out, and it wasn't even that bad in my opinion. It was TWO takeouts, that's only one more takeout then Jones did(Technically Jones took Juan out twice, 2nd one not on purpose, but could have been in Juans eyes), not to mention the second takeout was the same exact one Jones did except Juan ended up landing on Jones cause he cut over. Jones clearly brought it on himself with the first takeout. (He also did an extremely dirty pass on Siemenlinko on the first lap but Seimen didn't complain) I honestly think the only reason you're banning Juan is because it was Jones who protested. If it had been anyone else, it would not have happened. so what if Jones was the first one to protest about it. Juan and Jones were both equally involved in this battle, therefore they should be punished equally. And in my opinion the only punishment should be a simple warning at the most. Because like I said they didn't break any of the MXS "rules" by JLV. And that's why I love JLV's rules, there is no bias, or judgement calls.

well as far as i know the sx series is hosted by racefactory and JLV is only lending them his server. correct me if im wrong! so they can pretty much say that europeans cant race for example. (but if i had the chance to make the rules nor you or any brazilians would race! but hey thats just me)but they make the rules so just follow them. and on this jones juan shit! sure jones took juan out no doubt about that, but when juan comes in atleast twice and punts jones over the berm. i dont see that as a clean pass. and i suppose rf doesnt either! and yeah ofc they only banned juan since they only take action if a complain is filed on another rider like he said in the post above! use your fucking head Brina.

You completely missed the point. While using "my fucking head" I watched the demo. Juan did NOT punt Jones. He had the chance to, but he turned left. Did you even watch the video Juan posted? Yes, RaceFactory is running this series(Thanks for pointing out the obvious there buddy!) which is why I said I was dissapointed in RaceFactory's decision. No, they don't HAVE to follow JLV's rules. But I personally think they should, because making judgement calls like these only adds more drama. Now since you were too ignorant to read what I stated twice in my posts above, So what if Jones protested first, he clearly started it that race, and I'm sure if he had the chance he would have taken Juan out again as well. In my eyes Juan hardly did anything more worse than what Jones did.

On Real Life Chad Reed crashed James Stewart on last lap and fucked his race , so his get DQ'd? Something is wrong Race Factory.. haha

For me , if you want to ban me , you have to do the same thing with Jones in my opinion .

Here is the thing...

First, we only looked at this one race. That is where the protest came from. We can't take into account waht happened yesterday, last week, or 3 months ago unless there was a ruling on it.

In the instances, we studied each close. If you watch Jones when he his Juan, he was locked on the brakes from when he landed off the triple before singling into the corner. He aimed inside to make a pass for sure, but wasn't aimed straight at Juan. They met low in the corner. I've blwon that corner atleast 15 times becaue it's hard to just stay in the track, let alone low in the berm. I wouldn't punish someone for that... period

After the finish, Jones was clearly in the bales and then in the air while Juan rode around the outside and they made contact as Jones landed. You can't turn in the air and Juan raced himself into that contact position from behind.

The first take out by Juan, he clearly went off the racing line, headed straight across the inside of the turn without tryin to turn and smashed Jones. Not until contact was made did he brake or turn.

The second take out by Juan he landed off the triple, did not brake and aimed for Jones. Jones was already aimed low in the corner, they met on entrance not exit. Had Juan attempted to brake it may have been a different story.

On top of everything else, Juan admitted after the race in chat, on Facebook to Sween, adn in this thread he did it on purpose. His actions could very well cost Jones more than this race, but the championship. Nothign we can do can give Jones his points back, so we can only ensure people know that these types of incidents will be handled strictly by rF.

I am sorry if you don't feel our rules are fair, we talked over this a lot and have set up a solid consistent structure for penalties. If it's something like this, there will be a DQ and probabation. If it's cutting the track or going above and beyond these penalties, then we will jump straight to step 2 which is atleast a one race penalty.

Juan, I'm sorry you got caught up in the moment and feel you were cheated. I don't doubt that Jones races you rough, but the biggest difference from what I saw at LA (not counting hte other incidents) he isn't racing backwards/sacrificing his race in order to take you out. I hope you understand.

Chad Reed was going for a win on the last lap and afterwards admitted he was just trying to make a pass. He didn't blatantly take both himself and James out because he was mad. Clearly two different cases.
