Can't wait for the SX Series promoted by Dylan and Juan so I can complain about every little thing you do.

Funny everyone assumes bias even when it's clearly explained move by move. Had Jones earned a penalty, he would've gotten one. As much as he may piss people off, he was the victim of Juan in this case.

Half the riders are people with no commun sense as far as racing goes and instead of trying to pass you correctly they just take you out.
If I was at rF I would penalize every rider that takes out another one when it could have been avoided. Maybe that would make people think before doing stupid things and that might eventually make online racing better.

This is really turning out to be a "people who use vent vs. everyone else" argument. Perhaps you should just let this one go this time, or DQ Jones as well.

Rf run the series well, they are the right guys for the job but I think that the only person in charge of DQ's and bans should be JLV.

I actually like you Juan, prolly as much as Jones who makes a fool of himself most the time. Other than this thread, you've always been cool with me.

And i know is really hard to get jones disqualified , because he is online at ventrilo with everyone at everyday , so Race Factory , Im Agree with DJ.

Not going to get into the pissing match about the Juan/Jones incident....

I will say that rF does not care whether or not you are on Ventrilo or a part of the "vent crew". I've complained about stuff during round 1 and they gave me what I believe to be a very non biased analysis of the situation, and I accepted it! There are no favorites here. They are running the show and spend all the time doing everything for us, and with serious prizes on the line, you can bet your ass that they are critically analyzing problems and trying their best to come up with the best possible resolution.

Send in a complaint about an incident if you have one, don't bitch and moan about it days later on the forums.

Yeah, I remember Peter had an issue with someone during the last round of the Winter indoor in the LCQ, I was watching the race and agreed with what he was mad about. He complained to rF in Vent, and they pretty much said they couldn't do anything about it and were very non-biased. They didn't cater to him because he goes on Vent.

Ugh....sorry I asked for Opinions...

I'm confused though, what exactly did Jones do in the Main Event at Los Angeles to deserve a DQ? Are you guys just all biased because you don't like Jones? I can tell you exactly why Juan got a penalty, in fact I have, in Video form and in text form, written very clearly the reasoning behind Juan's penalty...

Of course you agree with DJ...You made it very clear by trying to ruin Jones chance at a good finish during the main event that you didn't want him to score any points...

Also, how do you know it is really hard to get Jones disqualified? Ask me how many Protest's I've gotten against Jones?

Brina927 wrote:You completely missed the point. While using "my fucking head" I watched the demo. Juan did NOT punt Jones. He had the chance to, but he turned left. Did you even watch the video Juan posted? Yes, RaceFactory is running this series(Thanks for pointing out the obvious there buddy!) which is why I said I was dissapointed in RaceFactory's decision. No, they don't HAVE to follow JLV's rules. But I personally think they should, because making judgement calls like these only adds more drama. Now since you were too ignorant to read what I stated twice in my posts above, So what if Jones protested first, he clearly started it that race, and I'm sure if he had the chance he would have taken Juan out again as well. In my eyes Juan hardly did anything more worse than what Jones did.
HeGgE wrote: and yeah ofc they only banned juan since they only take action if a complain is filed on another rider like he said in the post above! use your fucking head Brina.
So does that mean I can punt someone 5 times and then when they take me out a few times I can protest and only they will get banned? I could get everyone banned but myself with that rule!
get everyone banned but yourself? pff Brina your so full of shit! since your to dumb to even realise that your typed that none of JLVs rules were broken and was all dissapointed. byt when i said it to you that rf makes the rules your all well yeah döhh like i didnt know. haha fucking stupid! im done with this
