you could split the rar into two separate files, thats how most pirat...i mean, thats how my brother does it when he uploads big files *looks around shiftily*

but does that mean people have to re splice it at the end? Because no everyone can splice

You can splice it normally but when you pack it with winrar you have to split it into for example 2x100mb packages (You get two files; race.part1.rar and race.part2.rar). Then when we download it we must download both files in order to extract it properly.
