Seems to me like he meant to fuck with you and jus love tap but actually caused you to do the "stupid cant stop me falling over shit" and gave you legs off. regardless, from that particular perspective, he was a sitting duck lapper that caused an additional 8+ second leg off.

What I have came to after hosting multiple races/series. I have concluded that I will be taking a break from hosting and put a halt on the series. I do not have time to deal with all the people that are just inconsiderate and don't appreciate what I'm trying to provide for the community. There will be nothing to change my mind for the time being. Thanks to everyone that does come out and race and does enjoy what I do for you guys.
