Its the lowest, its goes up from C to B to A. A is the best.

Why start a team if you don't know whats going on? I bet you wouldn't know what I meant when I say 'demo'

Well we all have to start somewhere and eventually I will get to the point where I know more about it but you don't have to know everything to start a team. And a demo is the replay of gameplay that you can use from other players as well so you can splice it.
