i think teams shouldnt realse there skins n bikes really , make it more of a team liek when riding and team unlimted parts bike n kit comes pass u ucan be like wow hes on that team sweet

they need to release it because you need to download it too be able to see it

He is not releasing this skin for public use. He is releasing it so that when he passes you, you can be like, "wow, hes on team parts unlimited honda!" If you dont download this skin and put it in your personal folder, you will not be able to see it in demos or online.

That doesn't stop people from using our redbull honda team skin online. People will use that skin when they ride guarenteed.
