simple question about teams

do some mxs teams have a contract that all members have to agree to or is it a good idea to have it, or what? i want my team to be as legit as possible and also make sure members dont just decide to leave 1 day

But a contract online ... not sure how you're going to validate that. In real life you need an authoritized person to make it all official. So I don't think a contract on this game will have any powers.

are you going to take them to court when they leave your team?

with the new rF rules set in place, its likely people wont be leaving teams, as they wont be able to join another one.

i just want to set some guide lines that the team will operate on. does anyone have time to read it. its just 2 main sections. comintments(8 points), and termination (6 points) id love to see how it will turn out, before i imply it on the team
