Re: ShopHMS.com WI Rnd 4 Protests
Looks to me like people are just protesting to try and get people they don't like disqualified.

Re: ShopHMS.com WI Rnd 4 Protests
Are protesters required to tell you a specific time into the demo that the incident happened? Maybe that would make people re watch the matter and alot of times realize it wasnt that big of a deal or a total accident. I know thats usually the case for me. If they cant save the demo themselves and re watch it to give a time, it probably isn't worth rF's time to deal with it.

In a situation like Siedhoff, it's obvious it was intentional. Sometimes something happens in a race and I yell "PROTESTING THAT BITCH!" then I re watch it and they just swapped out

IRL you have to pay to protest, and if your protest gets over turned they keep your payment. If it's upheld, even if no penalty is given, they give your fee back. Maybe it needs to cost 5 points to file a protest?

That's stupid. I think a 3 strikes you're out rule can go into effect if you protest 3 times and no penalty was made over the 3. If there's grounds for protest there's no cost because they give the payment back after the investigation. It's just like a security deposit that makes people take protests seriously.Ddavis wrote: That's stupid. 3 strikes would work too though, isn't that basically how it goes in ban court?

I always just rematch the demo and make sure it's protest worthy. It shouldn't be hard to tell if the person is breaking the rules or not.

The whole corner incident wasn't my fault. I was already committed to the triple out when zack got stuck on a downed rider.

and now you are starting stuff by saying that...come on people..just let stuff go..forget the past and look forward...everyone is focused on stuff that happened back then (i do think ddavis has gotten better, just the haters haven't) i believe that people change as time goes on, i give people the benefit of the doubt...so just stop..seriouslyAddair435 wrote:Ddavis wrote:In a situation like Siedhoff, it's obvious it was intentional. There would be no fighting, drama, or negativity is that "Group" of immature kids moved on and stopped racing this game online. Without them, everyone gets along great 95% of the time.

Does rF still have the waiting period to protest to calm down?
I was mad at O'hagen for the same reason as McNiel but after a few hours i just feel like what's the point...
