The unspoken points chase

Post by Ddavis »

The fight for the championship is all but over, but there's still a very close battle for 2nd-5th in the series, with cool prizes still up for grabs.

2nd - Custom Moto Option T-Shirt, Moto Option Hat, Fly Racing gear set, and Moto Option T-Shirt
3rd - Custom Moto Option T-Shirt, Moto Option Hat, Fly Racing helmet, and Moto Option T-Shirt
4th/5th - Moto Option T-Shirt, Moto Option Hat

Of course nobody wants just a Moto Option T-Shirt and Hat, they want 2 T-Shirts  Just kidding, but a Fly Racing helmet, wither sell it to a buddy or use it, that's a nice reward for playing a video game. A set of Fly Racing gear is even cooler!

1st, Tysen Fresquez +49 points, unless a meteor hits his house, and Jesse's house where he can go just in case, he's going to ride this one on home.
2nd, Jordan Vanderlee 1 win, has one additional 2nd place finish but other than that he's inconsistent but very fast. He sits 4 points ahead of 3rd place.
3rd, Tyler Crain 1 win, Mr. Outdoors just got his first win of the year but has finished 2nd in the points in pretty much every series in 2012, and will probably take 2nd again this season if he rides how he has been.
4th, Zack Dupuis, PINNEDTOWIN hasn't gotten a win yet but he sits 1 point behind Crain and 5 points behind 2nd in the series. This battle for 2nd isn't as good as going for the championship, but it's still interesting.
5th, Daniel Markham 1 win, Markham would love to make this a Barry 1-2, but as Jones tried to do last season, it's tough to do. He sits 16 behind Vanderlee, but we all know how good one race can go for you and how bad it can go for another.

If you ask anyone, they would probably guess that Barry Fly Racing is dominating the championship, but if you haven't been paying attention to the 250 class you probably wouldn't believe that they aren't even leading the series! Moto Option EVS is dominating the 250 class and has contenders in the 450 class which puts them 5 points ahead of Barry Fly Racing.

Stats
Moto Option EVS | 2 wins | Average Finish 2.1
Team Manager: Robert Nash
12 - Austin Gourley - 11th (450)
18 - Dennis Fjeldberg - 3rd (250 W)
19 - Robert Nash - 7th (450), 4th (250 E)
23 - Jeremy Smith - 16th (450), 1st (250 W)
32 - Peter Leik - 21st (250 E)
616 - Kyle Robb - 6th (250 E)
Barry Fly Racing | 3 wins | Average Finish 2.5
Team Manager: Adam Barry
1 - Tysen Fresquez - 1st (450)
31 - Adam Barry - 15th (250 W)
34 - Taylor Barry - 8th (450)
55 - Daniel Markham - 5th (450)
101 - Kellen Brauer - 19th (450), 27th (250 E)

I don't know about you, but I actually like watching this stuff unfold even if it's a video game. It's fun watching it in real life, in other sports, and on MX Simulator. Sorry if you don't find this interesting.

Just kidding, I don't actually have a clue what the deal is, but it would be pretty funny

How could someone not want to read these things Devin? Personally I love it, and I'm not even heavy into who's doing what in the pro rF ranks. I wish someone did this in real life! Haha.
