Please note: It is the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RIDER WHO IS PENALIZED to contact the rF staff to get their racing license re-instated. It is not the responsibility of the rF staff to do this without notification. The rF staff will do this in as timely of a manner as they can (and the more polite and patient you are, the faster it'll happen I guarantee). Racing with rF is a privilege. If you don't want to risk missing additional time, do not commit penalties in the first place.

Round 1 Protests:
SERIES:2015 FAMmx Fall Cup Open Night
ROUND:1
CLASS:Open Non-Pro
MOTO: Main
TIME: After Finish
PLAINTIFF:Nick Uzick
DEFENDANT:Cole Heberlein
DESCRIPTION: Cole Heberlein rode the track backwards when the race was finished. It appears that he was attempting to hit riders who were still finishing their race. This is uncalled for and will not be accepted in any RaceFactory Gaming events.
VERDICT: For intentionally trying to ruin the race for other rider's who haven't finished he will be suspended from all future RaceFactory Gaming events until December 31st. His pro license has also been revoked.

SERIES:2015 FAMmx Fall Cup Open Night
ROUND:1
CLASS:Open Non-Pro
MOTO: Main
TIME: After Finish
PLAINTIFF:Nick Uzick
DEFENDANT:AJ Fisher
DESCRIPTION: After finishing the race, AJ continued riding the track. After almost crashing, he allows his bike to roll onto a section where riders are still finishing their race causing two people to crash. This is why we do not allow anyone to ride after their race is finished. Also, AJ Fisher has multiple accounts on RaceFactory Gaming. PM Checkerz and let him know which account you want to use and the other one will be banned.
VERDICT:Since AJ has never been protested on either of his accounts, he will receive a warning for this incident. If it happens again, there will be a punishment.

Round 2 Protests:
SERIES:2015 FAMmx Fall Cup Open Night
ROUND:2
CLASS:Open Non-Pro
MOTO:Main
TIME: All
PLAINTIFF:rF Gaming
DEFENDANT:Walter Gebhart (jake adams)
DESCRIPTION:Launches across the track and takes out other riders.
VERDICT: There are less rules left in the rulebook that Gebhart did not break than ones he did break.
Walter chose to:
- Cut the track
- Get up from a crash unsafely and take other riders out multiple times.
- Cut the track some more.
- Race with leaders as a lapper.
- Launch himself across the track 5th tapped over multiple lanes.
- Cut the track some more.
- Take out some more riders that were still racing.
- Ride backwards on the track.
- Launch across the track a few more times.
- Interfere with other riders lapping him more.
- Tbone more riders.
- Fake name on rF account*
- Not running proper name at rF event (see above)*
*We were notified about this prior and are not penalizing on this because his reasoning sounds legit.
Showed no interest in continuing to race or respect for other racers throughout the event from the first turn when he t-boned a rider after getting up from a crash until after he finished.
Following the event, instead of completely owning his mistakes, he claimed he wasn't aware that he wasn't invisible and didn't mean to take others out. That was proven false when he had collisions that caused other riders to go down that clearly showed he wasn't invisible. These actions have no place in the game period, especially not during organized racing.
Penalty: Walter Gebhart (Jake Adams) has been suspended from all rF events until February 16th, 2015. At that time, Walter may contact an rF staff member and request his license be re-instated.

Round 3 Protests:
SERIES:2015 FAMmx Fall Cup Open Night
ROUND:3
CLASS:Open Non-Pro
MOTO:LCQ
TIME: Lap 3
PLAINTIFF: Benjamin Dumont
DEFENDANT:Ty Smith
DESCRIPTION:Hi

He took me out for nothing, and it's for a place for qualify for the main event, to bad :/ Look the demo, it's at the end of the third la, on the steam of motoagogo, wee see that too. Please, ban this guy :/
VERDICT: Smith gets up from a crash, clearly can see the riders in front of him in the berm and chooses to t-bone straight into them. Whether viewed as a blatant takeout, or an un-safe entry back into racing after a crash, either is un-acceptable in rF racing. In addition, Smith had terrible lag during the event causing a crash with another rider.
PENALTY: 1 Week ban for the t-bone on Dumont. A warning for poor internet connection interfering with other riders. This issue needs fixed before Smith competes again, as a future incident because of this will be subject to penalty. On January 11th, 2016 Ty Smith may contact the rF staff about getting his license re-activated.
SERIES:2015 FAMmx Fall Cup Open Night
ROUND:3
CLASS:King of SX
MOTO:Heat 1
TIME: 4:58
PLAINTIFF: Connor Holyak
DEFENDANT:Chase Blakely
DESCRIPTION: Chase dives to the inside right after the finish and takes my line deliberately taking me out. We both get up and he cuts inside way farther in than the race line, and does the same thing. In both corners he went for a take out with no intention to race clean. I also play in first person and didn't see either takeout coming.
VERDICT: Blakely dives inside and tries to hold a tight line while still racing in the first incident. This was exiting the corner and he did not move to the outside at all to intentionally cause contact. A racing incident. The second one, Blakely dives inside to take the line away at the middle of the turn. Again, a racing incident as he would've made the corner without contact.
While reviewing the demo it was noticed the Blakely was running an improper name. #hashtags are not allowed. This is a warning that proper naming convention must be used. Blakely will be kicked in the future for this infraction.
PENALTY: Warning for naming convention.
SERIES:2015 FAMmx Fall Cup Open Night
ROUND:3
CLASS:Open Non Pro
MOTO:Main Event
TIME: 24:50
PLAINTIFF: Ben Toye
DEFENDANT:Derek Thorpe
DESCRIPTION: I took out 427 in the summer at Highpoint and he got me banned for it. He didnt get over his grudge and obviously meant to do what he did. Rules: 1. Aggressive Riding: jumping the tough blocks to take me out 2. Flags: 427 saw the blue flag and also saw me pass him yet decided to race against it Since it was a revenge take out the penalty should be slightly worse. He never would've dived someone else. Despite the riders meeting and recent protest posts he still chose to break the rules.
VERDICT: Thorpe did not have the blue bar to know he was a lapper. He did however, jump over the bales to the inside and when landing he stayed on the gas instead of attempting to make the corner to take out Toye. This was an intentional takeout as there was no way he would make the corner.
PENALTY: This is Thorpe's first offence and will be a 1 week ban. Thorpe may request his license be un-suspended on 1/11/2016.

ROUND:4
CLASS:Open Non Pro
MOTO:
TIME: Last lap before whoops
PLAINTIFF: Brock Hardy
DEFENDANT:Alex Heckman
DESCRIPTION: Triples up my inside while having the blue bar. Total goon.
VERDICT: Heckman has blue bar as a lapper and proceeds to triple aggressively up the inside of the rider who just lapped him nearly taking them down. 1 turn later he is still racing with the leader when he cleans him out going off the face of a jump.
PENALTY: This is Heckman's first offence and will be a 1 week ban. Heckman may request his license be un-suspended on 1/11/2016.

PLAINTIFF: rF Gaming
DEFENDANT:Gunar Fugler
DESCRIPTION: Cut track on 1st straight.. Cut track multiple occasions purposely. Cut track to take out a leader. Did not move for leaders causing multiple crashes. Unsafe track entry causing multiple crashes. Purposely tries to take out leaders.
VERDICT: Cut track on 1st straight.. Cut track multiple occasions purposely. Cut track to take out a leader. Did not move for leaders causing multiple crashes. Unsafe track entry causing multiple crashes. Purposely tries to take out leaders.
PENALTY: This is one of many offences by Gunar Fugler and was completely intentional that he had no interest in following the rules and letting others have a clean racing experience. This will be an 8 week suspension, the next one will be permanent. Fugler may request his license be un-suspended on 2/28/2016.

CLASS:King of SX
MOTO: Main
TIME: 19:40
PLAINTIFF: Tanner Rogers
DEFENDANT: Jack Haley
DESCRIPTION: Jack Haley dives inside and runs straight into me. I can't tell if it was an accident or not, but regardless it was a stupid decision on his part that ended up costing me.
VERDICT: Because the lines the riders were using entering the turn, Haley's open line was to jump to the inside. He landed on the brakes, but got a hop and stayed on the brakes the whole run into the turn to try and avoid contact.
PENALTY: No infraction was committed. Racing incident

SERIES:2015 FAMmx Fall Cup Open Night
ROUND:4
CLASS:Open Non Pro
MOTO: LCQ
TIME: Last lap
PLAINTIFF: Stephen Quick
DEFENDANT: Jake Jaynes
DESCRIPTION: cut over on by lapper on last lap and then was sent a message by him saying that he had did that on purpose since he thought i was a position. then heard from others say once he took me out he was laughing and happy he took me out. when he learned checkerz said he could be banned he got upset and tried saying it was an accident
VERDICT: Jaynes does cause Quick to crash, but did not show any evidence that he was intentionally trying to get in the way or targeting another player. Jaynes needs to be more careful and ensure he is not getting in the way of the leaders.
PENALTY: Warning to be more cautious when being lapped.
