Creating New Team, Beginners Welcome!

Hey everyone, just a quick post letting everyone know about my team I am creating. This team will be called Team Blue Racing (TBR). We obviously ride Yamaha. My main goal is to take in riders and make them in to race worthy individuals. This is a MX team but if you would like to ride SX, go ahead. We will be holding practices that will be coordinated with everyone's schedules. WE ARE HERE TO HAVE FUN, WIN, LOSE IT DOES NOT MATTER. Everyone started somewhere and nobody likes being put down.
What I am looking for /-/
1. MUST BE MATURE
2. MUST BE WILLING TO IMPROVE
3. MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER
4. Must have Skype. (PM for mine)
5. Must be on frequently
6. Good communication keys are vital
