It's not about the squids the same people will get in. Thing is it's just a try hard war 3 days straight, if a decently fast guy has little time to play those 3 days he is screwed because most of them (including myself) have been playing a lot to get that one lap out of however many you want.

Limited qualifying isn't going to change the fact that guys are going to ride 1000+ laps a week.

I doubt it'll stay open quali all season honestly, so you guys will likely get your wish.

Wish the schedule would allow winter indoor quali.

I agree on the winter indoor, theres nothing like it. I just think limited was more exciting and interesting. You know you have to run a good lap with in those 2-3 sessions it wont change the races at all though, it just feels more realistic to me. Series is great either way <3

I personally think open quali is pretty fun, but I think it would be a good idea to force spec people that aren't signed up for the race. It gets a little annoying when random squids running 30 secs a lap off the pace are riding around in the way of those trying to qualify. I know they want a chance to play in servers too, so maybe leave 02 open for them or something like that. Regardless of the decision I'll support it and hope the series keeps on going in the right direction

I just want to play my track with some guys before I have to start on the next round. I try to stay out of the way, but I seem to run out of talent once I hit the first jump.

Can I get my server back in as a quali server? I will gladly turn it into a pro-only "seeded" server like I had in 2013.

That's another thing I liked about limited was you could play in private servers without having to worry about running a fast lap that didn't count.

limited qualifying was fucking retarded, because there was always those 2-3 people in the server fucking bogging through the track, getting in the way.

I imagine that either way the top 30 will qualify no matter how we qualify, but i imagine 30-40 is where unlimited qualifying and 'try-haring' makes a difference.

I think we should have split qualifiying servers kids with no experience go to 03 ams with experience go to 05 and pros go to 06. Mostly cause i'm sick of throwing down a good lap and right in the middle getting cleaned out by some kid that's doing the track backwards!
