2016 MXSRaces Supercross - Protests Thread

Please Note: I am new to this protest stuff so don't expect me to do well reviewing these. All protests will be based off of the 2016 EMF Rules. You can read the rules here

Protests Recap
Round 1 - Off Season SX 2:

CLASS: 250 Main Event
TIME: Whole Race
PLAINTIFF: Berry Goudbeek
DEFENDANT: Max Hansen
DESCRIPTION: This kid was like the most horrible lapper I've ever seen. He was never moving, try to race everyone who was lapping him and was also brake checking me. It sucks because people like this makes a good event a bad one...
VERDICT: Max was an aggressive rider the whole race, he did hold you up but you were also making a few mistakes that weren't his fault (coming back onto the track as he was coming, you making a mistake in the rhythm section) causing him to hit you.
PENALTY: Warning "Aggressive riding"
