2016 Loretta Lynn's Regional Qualifier Information

Hey guys! It's crazy to see the amount of sign ups over the last few days! It's going to be a packed house, and honestly I'm freaking out a bit hoping that everything runs smooth! Last year everything ran great and I didn't have too many problems from the first day of qualifiers through the last set of motos at the ranch.

I'm going to start off this post by saying

SIGN UPS WILL END TOMORROW (WEDNESDAY JULY 20th) AT MIDNIGHT

I originally intended on qualifying ending on Saturday, but due to the amount of sign ups I moved it to Friday, then Thursday, and now Wednesday I'm sorry for that, but the majority of you have already signed up and don't need to worry. Tell your buddies if they've been waiting to sign up or haven't yet. The only way I'm going to consider taking late sign ups is if they're from current rF pros that are signing up for the Pro classes. Unless you're a current pro in rF on this list, don't PM me.

Currently there's this many sign ups for each class:
89 - Schoolboy 1
95 - 250 B
63 - 450 B
27 - 250 All-Star A/B
46 - 125 Pro
48 - 250 Pro
30 - Open Pro Sport

At this rate, there will be two divisions for Schoolboy 1, 250 B, and 450 B. There will be 1 division for All-Star, 125 Pro, 250 Pro, and Open Pro Sport.

Here is the schedule, but it's subject to change depending on the amount of sign ups in the next 24 hours. 4 lap motos should roughly be 10-12 minutes based on Hangtown's amateur consi and Muddy Creek's amateur consi last year. I will wait 15 minutes after the start of the race to start the following race.

Here's the list of riders if you want to see what division you'll be in. Divisions were randomly created based on sign up order. I'm sorry ahead of time if one division is more stacked than the other.

Top 20 will advance through 125 Pro and 250 Pro.

Everyone advances through 250 All-Star A/B and Open Pro Sport.

Top 10 will advance through each division in Schoolboy, 250 B, and 450 B. There's no run off from the divisions.

On the rider list below, it's setup as UID - Name - Number - Back up number

In order to race Loretta Lynn's, you must attend the regional qualifier, even if it's in Open Pro Sport or the All-Star class where everyone qualifies. If less than 20 people show up for any class, everyone who shows up will qualify. Yes, there might be classes at Loretta Lynn's with less than 40 people while others may have a full gate. It's just part of the game, I don't know how to do UID grabs and create scripts that way so no alternates will be used.

So if your in the second moto is that Division 2 or is going to be a 2 moto format? Just wondering cause I se that for the first moto it says "Sight Lap" before it and then the second moto doesn't have a Sight Lap before it. Little confused on this would be helpful to know if it's a 2 moto format or if it's just 2 Divisions.

It's a two Moto format, division 1 sight lap and then straight away to Moto 1, then after that Moto 2. Straight after Moto 2 is division 2 sight lap and so on....

The races start at 6:00, and it will be the first division of Schoolboy right away, then 1-2 minutes afterwards it will be the first moto. 15 minutes later, (/toggletime) the 2nd division 1 moto will begin. 15 minutes later, the second division sight lap begins, with the first moto starting shortly afterwards. Once that is complete, the 2nd moto starts with no warmup. Then so on.. and so on..
