How to get into racing

I just want to play on some casual multiplayer lobbies and re\ace people now and then, but theres not much info I could find about how to get into multiplayer. Any tips? The server index kinda makes sense, but I can never get the right tracks for each server and I don't know which ones are good for me to play on (ex. if any of them are for some team or something). Any tips? I am just very new to multiplayer racing.

You could start off by downloading all of the Ama outdoor tracks which can be found on the forum in the tracks section easily and then joining Elsinore.mxsimulator.com:19801
