Skins, bicks and tracks wont show up

Skins, bicks and tracks wont show up

When i download the skin or bike or track and put it in my personal folder it wont show up in the game. Can anyone help me :?

For skins skins and bike you brobaly dont have the model, im not sure about the tracks
